Terms of Use

1. General

The website voice.saleso.io (the "Site") is operated by Saleso AI Ltd., company no. 517347241 ("Saleso", the "Company", "we"). Your use of the Site - including browsing, submitting details and requesting a demo call - is subject to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for users aged 18 and over. This English version is a translation; in case of any conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.

2. What the Site offers

The Site presents marketing information about Saleso Voice - an AI voice agent that calls businesses' leads - and lets you request a demo call or leave your details for a follow-up.

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Use of the paid service is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over anything stated on the Site.

3. The demo call

• The call is made by an AI-based computer system using an automated dialing system - not by a human.
• We will only call the number you provide, and only after you give explicit consent. By submitting a number you confirm that it is yours or that you are authorized to use it, and that you are 18 or older.
• If you do not answer, we may make a limited number of repeat attempts within a short period.
• The call is processed in real time by AI providers, transcribed, and may be recorded. The transcript and summary are stored in our systems, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• The demo is for illustration only. The agent's responses are generated automatically and may be wrong, inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them; they do not bind the Company - including as to prices, dates, capabilities or any commitment.
• Do not share sensitive information on the call, such as payment details, medical information or passwords.
• You can end the call at any time by hanging up, and ask us not to call again - on the call itself or by writing to office@saleso.io.

You may not request a call to another person's number without their consent, impersonate anyone, try to make the agent say offensive content or reveal internal instructions or data, or record and publish the call in a misleading way. We may refuse, limit or block requests at our discretion.

4. Consent to be contacted

By ticking the consent box you agree that Saleso may contact you about the service and its offers, including by automated-dialing calls, calls from a representative, WhatsApp or SMS messages and email, in accordance with section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 1982.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge: say on a call that you do not want further contact, reply "STOP" to a message, or write to office@saleso.io.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully only, and in particular not to:

• submit false details, or another person's details without their consent;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools to submit forms, scrape data or generate load;
• attempt to bypass the Site's security or protections, or test them, without prior written permission;
• copy, reproduce or reverse-engineer the Site, its code or the service;
• disrupt the proper operation of the Site or the service for others.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Site and its content - including text, design, code, voice samples, demo recordings, the "Saleso" and "Saleso Voice" marks and logos - belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, broadcast, publicly display or commercially use them without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners. They are shown to indicate compatibility or integration only and do not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

7. Examples and illustrations

Calls, names, characters, phone numbers, figures and scenarios shown on the Site are illustrative examples only. They do not depict real customers and do not guarantee any result. Actual results depend on many factors, including lead quality, configuration, script and market.

8. Availability and changes

The Site and demo calls are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for your needs. We may change, limit or discontinue any part of the Site or the demo at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its employees and officers will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, or damage arising from reliance on content provided on the Site or in a demo call - even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

We are not responsible for failures, disruptions or outages caused by providers or factors outside our control, including communication networks, telephony providers, AI providers, hosting and messaging services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability in connection with the Site and demo calls - which are provided free of charge - will not exceed ILS 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company, its employees and officers against any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Site - including submitting another person's phone number without their consent.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites and services, and the service may rely on them. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with its date and applies from publication. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of it.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Subject to applicable law, the competent courts of the Haifa district have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them.

14. General

If any provision is held void or unenforceable, it will be interpreted as closely as possible to its intent and the remaining provisions stay in force. No waiver or delay in enforcing a right is a waiver of it.
